* Seller and buyer sign the contract by email and change the hard copies of contract by courier
* Buyer`s bank sends BCL to seller`s bank.
* Seller`s bank issues full POP including 2% non-operative PB to buyer`s bank
* Buyer`s bank issues operative RDLC to seller`s bank, to be activated PB by RDLC
* Shipment commences as per schedule
* Payment is as per term of payment of contract
